How long does it take for my purchased goods to arrive ?
Once you purchase a product from Australia to You, we work to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, delivery times vary pending where you are in Australia or whether you are ordering outside of Australia. Can I ‘mix and match’ different products into my gift box ?
Yes ALL our gift boxes allow you to ‘mix and match’ products so long as the product you want to ‘mix and match’ is of the same value. For example with our Indulgence Gift Box if you would prefer the Laughing Kookaburra printed tea towel vs the Sulphur Crested Cockatoo, simply place your order on check out and send us an email with your special request at hello@australiatoyou.com.au or use our Contact Us form.
What type of packaging will my products arrive in and do you provide SPECIAL GIFT BOXES for my order?
All our orders are well packed in ethical sourced boxes made from environmentally friendly material to ensure first and foremost that your products are safe and protected in transit.
Yes we provide special gift boxes only if you indicate this on checkout that your purchase is a gift for someone.
